This Privacy Policy describes how D1 Global Supply Co., Ltd. (“D1 Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you interact with us through Facebook Messenger and related customer-service channels operated by D1 Group.
D1 Group is a B2B growth partner for food and beverage businesses in Thailand. Our internal ERP and customer-service tools may process messages you send to our official Facebook Pages.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal data we receive when you:
- Send messages to D1 Group through Facebook Messenger on our official Facebook Pages;
- Share attachments (such as images or documents) in those conversations;
- Are identified or referenced in our customer-service, sales, or order-fulfilment workflows connected to those channels.
This policy does not cover third-party websites or services operated by Meta (Facebook). Please review Meta’s own privacy policies for how they process data on their platform.
3. Information we collect
When you message us on Facebook Messenger, we may receive and store:
- Your Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and public profile information made available by Meta through the Messenger platform (such as your display name and profile picture);
- Message content you send (text, stickers, and other message types supported by Messenger);
- Attachments you choose to send (for example, photos or files);
- Timestamps and metadata associated with the conversation (send time, message identifiers);
- Which D1 Group Facebook Page you contacted;
- Internal notes and status labels added by our authorised staff when handling your enquiry.
We do not ask for your Facebook password. We only receive data that Meta provides to our application through permissions you and Meta have granted for Messenger communication.
4. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Read and respond to your enquiries, orders, and support requests;
- Route conversations to the appropriate D1 Group team (sales, customer service, finance, or delivery);
- Maintain conversation history so we can provide consistent follow-up;
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and delivery arrangements when you request our products or services;
- Improve the quality and speed of our customer service;
- Comply with applicable laws and legitimate business record-keeping requirements.
We use your data only for legitimate business purposes related to your relationship with D1 Group. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Legal bases for processing
Depending on context, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps — when you request quotes, place orders, or ask us to fulfil a service;
- Legitimate interests — to operate efficient customer service and maintain business records, balanced against your privacy rights;
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.
6. How we store and protect data
Messenger conversations are stored in D1 Group’s secure internal systems (ERP and customer-service tools) hosted on infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and role-based permissions for staff.
Only authorised D1 Group employees and contractors who need access to perform their job duties may view your messages. Access is logged and limited by job role.
7. Data sharing
We may share your information only in these situations:
- Within D1 Group — relevant teams (sales, customer service, finance, warehouse, delivery) when needed to handle your request;
- Service providers — cloud hosting or infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or government authority.
We do not share Messenger data with advertisers for their independent marketing use.
8. Data retention
We retain Messenger conversation data for as long as necessary to provide customer service, fulfil orders, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it in line with our internal retention schedule.

9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data;

10. Facebook / Meta platform
Our use of Facebook Messenger is subject to the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Privacy Policy. Data sent through Messenger is initially processed by Meta; we receive only the subset of data that Meta delivers to our application through approved Messenger APIs.
You can manage some Messenger settings through your Facebook account. Blocking our Page or stopping Messenger communication will prevent new messages from being delivered to us, but may not automatically delete data we already stored.
11. International transfers
Our systems may process data in Thailand and, where we use cloud providers, in other countries with appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses and security measures) as required by applicable law.
12. Children
D1 Group provides B2B services. Our Messenger channels are intended for business customers and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page at https://www.d1groupglobal.com/privacy/.
